Despite being next to a busy street, the rooms are well-insulated and offer a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The clean and tastefully decorated rooms provide a tranquil space to relax after a long day of exploring. The friendly staff and helpful service add to the overall positive experience.

One small drawback is that the restaurant is only open on weekends.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was outstanding - from the beautiful decor to the well-functioning air conditioning, everything was just right. Lastly, the location of this hotel was ideal, situated on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault a thing.

Great location near Ayia Napa and Protaras. Cosy, clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Friendly and accommodating co-owner, George. Excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Convenient store nearby. Beautifully converted traditional house with modern comforts. Spacious, newly renovated room with comfortable bed. Courtyard with ample seating and shade.

Everything was spot on.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a fantastic time! the staff was incredibly hospitable and even allowed us to check-in late without any fuss. the room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. the best part was the quiet courtyard where we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. Another great advantage was the location - it was peaceful and quiet, yet still easy to get to the nearby attractions and beaches. a great stay!

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about at this hotel. the only small suggestion I can make is to have more variety in the beverage selection - they had coffee, but it would have been nice to have some tea options too.
