The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety to choose from. The facilities at the resort were top-notch, especially the impressive waterpark and spa. Antonis, the masseur, gave an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating massage. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond with their helpful and friendly service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The entertainment staff, particularly Will, made our little girl's experience unforgettable at the kids club. The resort had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful gardens and traditional stone design elements. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and the extra-large family apartment had a stunning sea-view terrace with its own sunbeds. we had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on a hillside overlooking the centre of Protaras and the sea was simply breathtaking. The hotel's position on the hill provided a sense of tranquility and also allowed for stunning views. The service was top-notch, with attentive managers and staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my needs.

I recently stayed at a wonderful resort in Protaras and had an amazing time. It was perfect for my family of four, with two kids. The one bedroom room we stayed in was just what we needed. The resort offers an all-inclusive option, which made our stay even more convenient. The prices at the on-site restaurant were reasonable compared to nearby options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And the highlight for the kids was definitely the water slides in the big pool. They had a blast!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with my partner. The food was delicious and varied, with different options every night. loved that there were two pools to choose from, one with slides which was super fun. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area which offered stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Check-in was a bit chaotic with long waits, but once we settled into our room, everything was great. The staff was friendly but some struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Louis. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always with a smile. The spacious rooms had everything we needed and the resort was clean and comfortable. We never had to wait for a table at the dining room and always found seats near the pools. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the main street and offering a free bus ride to the sea.

Spacious rooms, delicious food, friendly staff. Great facilities for kids, including water slides. Beautiful sea view and a short walk to the beach, bars, and shops. Tremendous value for money, guaranteed return.
