The staff, especially the receptionist Kristina, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to rent a baby stroller for a reasonable price, which was great for our kids. The hotel had a great location near the water park, making it convenient for families. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice of food. The staff spoke English and were always willing to assist us.

We recently stayed at Tofinis Hotel for a week-long family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The bar staff at the outdoor pool were amazing, and the lifeguards at the waterparks area were attentive and friendly. The food at the hotel was pleasant with plenty of choices, and we especially enjoyed the entertainment on Friday night with Greek dancers. The hotel offered good value for money, and we loved the nearby beach and sculpture park. it was a fantastic experience.

The entertainment was dismal, non-existent at times when it was advertised, not at all fun when it did happen. the drinks were hit or miss, with good beer but terrible wine from cartons.

The souvenir shop was a lifesaver and the meze at the nearby tavern next to the sculpture park was amazing. The location was perfect for sightseeing, away from the city center but still convenient. Special shout out to Christina at the reception for her quick responses to our questions. a highly recommended hotel, especially for families with children.
