As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was amazing, with a spacious size and a balcony that provided a lovely view. The mini bar was a great addition, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. The bathroom was also impressive, with its spacious size and modern amenities. The food at lunch was delicious, offering a delightful dining experience.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right near a metro station and within walking distance to a shopping center and many restaurants. it's around a half-hour walk into the old town, which is across the river. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service.

There have been some complaints about the receptionist, Jana, nagging at the younger workers there.

We stayed at a budget hotel that was conveniently located near a huge mall with a very good grocery store in about five minutes. We could easily access all public transport including the funicular railway. It was also a quick ride to Charles Bridge. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. we had a great experience exploring the city from this hotel.

The hotel restaurant was often empty at night, which was quite surprising considering the great food they served.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They prepared a bed for our 1-year-old son and even set up a sofa bed for me. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great, with a huge terrace surrounding the entire apartment. We also enjoyed the cozy and spacious room with a fantastic view.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with all the features needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the huge balcony, offering a nice view of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information and maps to make our visit enjoyable. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a wide selection of traditional Czech products and healthy options too.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the Christmas-themed decorations that gave the lobby a festive atmosphere. the continental breakfast included a wide range of breakfast items, including pastries and hot food. the hotel's proximity to the subway made it easy to explore the city, and the complimentary Wi-Fi kept me connected to my loved ones during the holidays.

Although the hotel room was equipped with everything I needed, including an ensuite bathroom and toiletries, I would have preferred a softer mattress. I noticed that the common areas including the elevator were not as well-maintained as the rest of the hotel, and this detracted from the overall experience.

We stayed at Akcent for a short trip and needed a hotel with parking for our big transport van. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in a good location, close to a shopping area and the subway. The breakfast selection was great and the hotel provided amenities like a safety box in the room.
