the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the breakfast selection was impressive, offering both hot and cold options. But what really stood out was the location - I had a wonderful view of the nearby Christmas market from my window. It was truly a memorable stay at Ambassador Zlata Husa.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Prague, on a large shopping street. It is very close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice vintage look. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is helpful, providing advice and tips for enjoying Prague. The hotel provides separate executive breakfast facilities for a luxurious experience.

One negative aspect is that the mini bar charges can be quite high, so guests should be careful when using it.

Convenient location near Old Town, spacious rooms with a crib provided, tasty breakfast with plenty of options, nice touch with welcome drink and chocolates, helpful staff and two elevators.

This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness centre, including full body massages and beauty treatments, was top-notch. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. the private facilities added an extra level of exclusivity to the stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided exceptional dining experiences.

The only minor issue I had was with the dinner buffet. the options were limited and not up to the same standards as the rest of the hotel's offerings.

The free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast were a plus. the hotel location was ideal, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions. the room was spacious and had a luxurious vibe.

We had a fantastic experience at a hotel in the heart of the city. the Ambassador Zlata Husa provided us with excellent support from the F&B Department who assisted us with a difficult courier shipment. the front desk staff was always supportive and friendly. the housekeeping staff was very welcoming and the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. the location of the hotel was perfect for us to visit all the historical places in Prague. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, giving us a sense of opulence. We were delighted with the welcome drink and enjoyed the delicious free breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh eggs and a warm buffet.
