Great location, close to major tourist attractions and public transportation. the room was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities. Loved the complementary welcome drinks and the fact that we could make our own tea and coffee in the room.

Breakfast was a bit far away and not the best quality. there was a misunderstanding with our online order and the cafe didn't receive it.

Free breakfast was a plus, providing a good start to the day. The room I stayed in had a nice and modern bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the location was a bit far from the main area, the provided information helped me navigate public transportation easily. This hotel is in a great location, close to tram stops and the metro, making it very convenient to explore the city. It's peaceful and not far from the city center, so I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff here is amazing and always went above and beyond to help me. They were friendly, kind, and provided excellent service. They even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for my anniversary celebration.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from Wenceslas Square and the main attractions. Despite being in a busy area, I was amazed at how quiet it was during the nights. I slept like a baby without any disturbance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-sized bathroom. The entire property was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. I especially loved the little terrace where I could relax and enjoy the weather.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Super easy check-in with access code, secured luggage storage, early room preparation. Room equipped with coffee machine, teas, electric kettle, snacks, beer. Comfortable bed with soft mattress and ample pillows. Bathroom essentials provided. Nice design and refurbishment.

Management team always available and willing to assist, nothing too much trouble.
