We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the city but also stay in a fairly pleasant area. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities and free toiletries. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even found our reservation when we had trouble checking in. We also appreciated the leisure facilities such as the jacuzzi and the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary drinks offered upon arrival. the hotel's strategic location was a great advantage, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions. the room was clean and provided a cozy atmosphere, making for a great holiday experience.

My overall stay was somewhat tarnished by the lack of air conditioning and the noise from other guests in the hotel. Although I appreciated the affordability of the price, I felt that some guests did not show respect for the property, which was evidenced by scratches on the elevator, walls, and overall messiness of the hotel.

We also enjoyed the nearby Strasnice area with its good drinks bars and restaurants. the view from our room on the 21st floor was lovely. Great value for money and we hope to return in the future.
