We had a wonderful romantic escape in a convenient location. the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchenette were perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the added bonus of having breakfast delivered to our room each morning, allowing us to start our day off right.

We did experience a few drawbacks during our stay. the breakfast options were limited, with only cheese provided on the last day.

The location was fantastic, with a tram stop and shopping mall just 100m away. The apartments were well-kept and serviced daily, and the kitchenette came stocked with cereals, tea, coffee, and fresh breads each morning. The staff, especially the older gentleman on check-in, provided excellent customer service.

Great location near an animated district with good restaurants and an underground station. Hotel rooms are quiet, facing an internal court. Despite somewhat old furnishings, the room decoration is very good compared to other Czech hotels. Spacious apartment with a nice surprise of yoghurts and cheese in the fridge. The recent renovations make the place feel more quality and like home. Perfect for a family stay, with a good breakfast and amenities for young children. Convenient location with easy access to attractions, playgrounds, supermarkets, and various restaurants.

It would have been nice to have some gluten and lactose free options for the breakfast. A little variety would enhance the morning meal experience.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a city break and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was superb, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The 24-hour reception was convenient, and the room facilities were great, especially the mini kitchen and clean bathroom. The room size was perfect for two adults, and the recent renovations made it feel cozy and homey. The breakfast, delivered to our room each day, was sufficient and even allowed us to make sandwiches for lunch. Special shoutout to Daniela from reception for her warm and friendly service.

The staff were brilliant, especially the lady at the apartment entrance. Very friendly and helpful. Apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable. My son appreciated having his own room. Breakfast being included is a bonus, and we had a great selection of food. The small balcony was a plus, and the fact that the facility is quiet enabled a good night's sleep. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and did their best to make sure you felt welcomed and were taken care of. The included breakfast, consisting of a basket of bread, cheese and cold cut meats delivered to your room, was an added bonus. Clean, friendly, great parking space, good wifi, small kitchen in the room.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Prague for 4 nights. Aparthotel Austria Suites was the perfect choice for my trip. The location was fantastic, with the Prague castle and the Old center just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast, delivered each morning, was simple but generous, providing enough for lunch as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was even private underground parking available. a wonderful experience.
