The hotel is located near the main train station, which made it convenient for us to arrive and explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and activities during our stay. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the pool and steam room.

Check-in was a slow process, with manual data entry and staff taking phone calls, which was frustrating. the room itself was small and the TV was outdated.

The customer service at the hotel was impeccable. the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. the hotel's location was perfect for accessing all the tourist attractions in the city. We were able to easily walk to the main sights and explore the city on foot. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was well stocked. We enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal before heading out to explore.

We experienced some issues with the key cards for our room. On multiple occasions, the keys did not work and we had to go back to reception to have them reset.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to all the major sights and attractions in the city. The concierge, Mr Václav Sklenář, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. There was some confusion with the reception staff regarding the delay in access to our friend's room, which caused an inconvenience during our stay.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel had excellent amenities. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff members, from the registration specialists to the concierge to the food service staff, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the excellent and helpful communication I had with the hotel via the Marriott app chat. They provided great restaurant recommendations, and all the callboys were kind, helpful, and always had a smile for us.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, and I even got a free upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa which had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and with plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel did a fantastic job in providing a great customer experience.

nh collection prague carlo iv was even better than my previous stay in prague. the lobby is grand, the premium room spacious with a beautiful view, and the food in the restaurant was really good. the manager went above and beyond to rectify a mistake, and the large pool and spa were a highlight.
