I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the spa, sauna, and massage service, were top-notch and provided a truly relaxing experience. The parking service was efficient and hassle-free, making it easy to come and go as I pleased. The location of the hotel, right in the center of this city, was perfect for exploring all that it had to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Nothing to fault.

Spent a wonderful New Year's celebration at a hotel in a great location. Enjoyed the lively atmosphere with different celebrations for Russians, Ukrainians, and Czechs. the hotel staff, mostly Czech, were professional and friendly. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely details like fresh flowers and chocolates. the spa was clean and relaxing, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Loved the convenience of the thermal spring for drinking and the peaceful view of the hotel garden.

The only downside was that the New Year's celebration had mostly Russian/Ukrainian music, which was a bit disappointing as we were in Czech and had hoped for more Czech music. the receptionist had assured us otherwise.

The spa was also clean and lovely, offering a relaxing experience. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to the city center and with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options including minute omelettes, fresh juices, and excellent tea choices. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable with great amenities like a large TV, mini bar, and balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The spa and wellness facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool area and a variety of saunas to choose from. The breakfast was delicious, and there were multiple bars and restaurants on the premises. The location was perfect, with easy access to the water springs and a peaceful atmosphere.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The rooms are beautiful, immaculate, and furnished with gorgeous Biedermeier style furniture. The restaurant, "ID Restaurant and Bar," serves excellent gourmet food and expertly made mixed drinks. The location is right in town, close to the main shopping and leisure walking area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, from check-in to the restaurant. The spa facilities are inviting and offer a wide range of treatments. The pool area and selection of saunas, including a Turkish steam room and a Russian sauna at 100 degrees Celsius, are excellent. Complementary fruit and chocolate on the pillows were nice surprises. it was an extremely pleasant stay.

The Carlsbad Clinic experience was unforgettable, with a tailor-made wellness program that included massages, baths, and other therapeutic procedures. The food was excellent, with a variety of options to suit different dietary preferences. The overall facilities were top-notch, and I felt like a VIP throughout my stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a truly indulgent and relaxing trip. I highly recommend this hotel for an incredible stay.
