Hidden gem in central Prague. Quiet location for privacy. Small room but well-equipped. Excellent breakfast selection. Warm and informative welcome

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town. We were able to easily explore all the must-see attractions and the famous Charles Bridge was just a few steps away. The hotel itself was luxurious and the room exceeded our expectations. It was exactly like the beautiful photos, with stylish decor and a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and the towels were soft and fluffy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, giving us a warm reception with a glass of cold Prosecco upon arrival. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast that had a wide range of organic foods to choose from. this place is a hidden gem and we highly recommend it.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was surprisingly spacious. The location was superb, close to theaters, cafes, and restaurants. The staff, especially Sika, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and fluent in English.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more choices and better quality.

Complementary drinks and snacks were nice touches in the lobby. the hotel was located near a lot of popular attractions, which made it easy to get around. the breakfast was pretty good with a good variety of options.

The heating in the room was not working properly, and it was freezing on New Year's Eve. the staff did not seem to be very friendly or accommodating to our needs.

This hotel is in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from all the top tourist attractions. You can easily explore the charming old town square, stroll along the river, and even hike up the nearby Petrin Hill. The rooms are well-designed, making the most of the limited space, with comfortable beds, plush towels, and clean, modern bathrooms. The service is impeccable, with friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

There was one aspect that could have been improved upon, as mentioned in one guest's review, was the impatience of one of the receptionists. It's always important to provide impeccable service, even when faced with multiple questions from guests.

A short walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square, making it easy to explore all the sites and shopping areas. the small boutique hotel is nestled in a quiet alley, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the room, although small, was impeccably clean. We were warmly greeted by Romana at the reception, who was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Even when we arrived late at night, a key was left for us in a mailbox, making check-in a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel and would book again if I return to this city.
