The hotel had a modern and clean facility with professional and helpful staff. the little store next to the reception was a great idea, especially for late arrivals. the hotel also welcomed pets, which was a big advantage for us.

The AC didn't come with instructions and was quite loud. Unfortunately, the train tracks right behind the hotel made it even more difficult for light sleepers.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the modern furniture that added a touch of style to the room.

One minor drawback was the automated closing system on the doors, which created quite a loud noise when they closed. This occasionally woke me up in the early morning.

I recently stayed in a hotel in Brno while on a city trip and it was amazing! the staff was very friendly and helpful, they even gave us some complementary Toblerone's and a bottle of wine! the hotel was located very close to the historical center, which made it very easy to get around and explore the city. Finally, the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious, with a great view of the city.

The only negative experience we had was with the parking. There was some confusion about the parking system, and we were overcharged for one night.
