Exceptionally helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast with delicious local raspberry slice. Great value overall.

This hotel in Karlovy Vary was a great find! The location up the hill from the main bus drop off was ideal, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a completely equipped kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. And let's not forget the breakfast, which had a variety of meats and was included in the price. Fantastic value for money!
