The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. We also appreciated the added amenities like free Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. the service was excellent - the staff spoke good English and were always enthusiastic about helping us.

I recently stayed at Domus Balthasar for a two-night break with my boyfriend. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, right next to Charles Bridge, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our Attic room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the street/bridge. The bathroom was large and modern, with a relaxing bath. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The reception even organized a taxi to the airport for us, which was a great price and the driver was very friendly.

The hotel was located in a great spot, close to all the famous sights and with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a pick up and drop off taxi service to the airport. The room was large and modern, offering a fantastic view of the city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. One member of staff was rude on departure when I wanted to pay with a card, which left me feeling uncomfortable.
