The hotel is located in a kinda spooky neighborhood but it offers excellent value for money. Rooms are well-equipped with facilities like a kitchenette and fridge. The breakfast is awesome, serving local specialities for every taste.

All was ok.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Brno, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and fully equipped room. The small kitchenette was a great addition, allowing me to prepare meals when I didn't feel like dining out. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location, although not the best neighborhood, was conveniently close to the center of Brno, making it effortless to explore the city. I had a positive experience at Efi Palace Hotel.

Additionally, the hotel provides a free taxi service to the center, making it even more accessible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The hotel also boasts a great restaurant with delicious breakfast options, allowing guests to start their day off right. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

One downside is that during bad weather, the cleanliness of the floors in the rooms could be improved.

The front desk team provided helpful and prompt service, meeting all our group needs. Breakfast and restaurant offerings were great. The Junior Apartment was accurately described and clean, with new furniture. Secure parking was available for a fee. The pool in the courtyard was clean, and there was a free shuttle to the city center.

The complimentary glass of wine at arrival was a nice touch and the hotel shuttle was very convenient for getting around town. the staff were friendly and helpful, speaking both English and Czech. the location was just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to get around.

The area around the hotel was not the nicest, with some buildings in need of repair and it was quite dirty compared to other parts of the city. there was some noise from the street during the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep.

I recently stayed at the lovely eFi Palace in Brno for a few nights. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with its central location, tasty restaurant, and refreshing pool. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The clean room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, was a bonus. The secure car park is located in the backyard, providing peace of mind. I highly recommend eFi Palace for a wonderful stay.
