We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the Old Town Square and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. We also loved that it was next to a great pub, which was perfect for grabbing a drink after a long day of exploring. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms that had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. But the best part of our stay was the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and gave us excellent recommendations for food and places to visit in the city.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, great location near old town and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Cheap minibar prices and free coffee and wine in the lobby. Highly recommend using hotel's airport ride option. 👍

The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town. We loved being able to take beautiful walks along the promenade and explore the historic area. The hotel itself was stunning, with unique interior decor from the early 1900s. The walls were adorned with fascinating old photos and pictures by Alfons Mucha. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The complimentary chocolate bunnies were a nice touch, and we appreciated the Easter brunch that was included. the location was convenient – we were able to walk to all of the major tourist destinations. We also enjoyed being close to a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The room we were given was quite small and cramped. We were also bothered by noise from other guests, especially during the night.
