Traveling for a romantic Valentine's Day getaway, we stayed at this great Hilton for 2 nights. The staff were sharp and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The rooms were nice and the common areas were impressively clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including custom omelets prepared by cooks. The health spa and pool were amazing, offering a large pool for swimming laps and a spacious exercise room with full gym-style equipment. The spa massage was a must-try and worth every penny. This hotel exceeded expectations, providing American-style amenities at a great value.

I stayed at Hilton for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel’s location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Palladium shopping center. The gym was one of the best I've seen, with a wide range of equipment. The spa area was a pleasant surprise, better than most hotels. The rooms were clean and the beds were large and very comfortable. The midday checkout was busy but the express checkout envelope was helpful.

The exceptional service at the Hilton Prague made my stay memorable. I had a small issue with noise from renovations, but the manageress, Veronika Minkova, went above and beyond to accommodate me. She provided complimentary drinks, a delicious dinner, and even moved me to a quieter room. The breakfast was outstanding and the hotel's location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Gym with modern equipment and many options, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. Breakfast comes with a decent selection of dishes. Rooms received recent updates, hence looking stylish and elegant. Convenient location, within reasonable walking distance to the city center. Welcoming and friendly staff make the stay pleasant.

Great location with walking access to many city attractions. The rooftop bar was perfect for relaxing with stunning views. I loved the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom with all essentials. The best part was the executive lounge with welcoming staff and a wide range of snacks and drinks. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Highlight for kids was pool. Dining in Le Petit chef restaurant was enjoyable and cannot be missed. Convenient with choices of restaurants and availabilities.

I recently stayed at Hilton Prague for a week-long vacation. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. The hotel's location near the metro made it convenient to explore the city. They even provided an extra bed for my daughter without any additional charge. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The gym was excellent and the rooms were quiet, clean, and had incredibly comfortable beds.

A Warm Welcome at Check-In

We arrived at the hotel after a long journey and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at check-in. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, making sure we had all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile after a tiring travel experience. I'll recommend this hotel.

Superb location, 24-hour eatery, outstanding bedroom comfort, top-notch customer service, big and clean rooms.

The breakfast on the 8th floor was good. The executive room was nice. The room service was also good. They provided two complimentary bottles of water every day. The wifi in the room was quick. The wooden elements in the interior design added a nice touch.

The cleanliness was impeccable, with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the atrium and the Sky Bar on Cloud9. The location was great, just a short walk away from the city centre and the Palladium shopping centre. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff, especially 'Jana' at the breakfast area, were awesome.

The check, in and check, out process took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience. the staff at the reception seemed unaware of certain rules and lacked knowledge about customer satisfaction.
