The staff assisted us with parking and provided information on how to pay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, surpassing even other 4-star hotels we stayed at during our holiday. The staff was professional, honest, and went above and beyond by helping me retrieve forgotten belongings after check-out. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a wide variety of options. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was good, and the prices in the minibar were fair. The people at the hotel, especially the owner, made our stay feel like home or a stay with friends.

Had a good time in this hotel for my Christmas vacation. The breakfast had a lot of variety of food and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good too as it was near the tram station and easy to go around the city. I also enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with great views from the windows.

It was also a bit noisy on the street, especially during the night, which made it harder to sleep. it was a good stay, but these minor issues affected my experience.
