Good location and easily accessible by tram from the station. Spacious reception area with a 24-hour bar. Room size was impressive and had English TV channels. Breakfast served early and Wi-Fi was reliable. Parking available and close to the city center.

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to the tourist information and a mall. This made it convenient for exploring the area and finding things to do. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent front desk service. They spoke good English and were able to assist with any questions or issues that arose. the hotel's restaurant served good food, providing a convenient option for meals.

One area for improvement would be the breakfast. While it was decent, some aspects could have been better.

Cascade, the three-star hotel, provided clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. I was delighted to have a room with a breathtaking view of the Hnevin castle. the hotel restaurant served delicious food, making it a convenient option for dining. the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the tourist information and a mall.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the heart of a beautiful city - had an amazing time! the hotel offered great value for money and was located just a few steps away from the tourist information center and an amazing mall. the restaurant served delicious food and had a truly festive atmosphere.

The hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated in a while, and the furniture is quite outdated. the hotel seems to allow smoking, which is a downside for non-smokers like me.
