The staff at Hotel Cyro went above and beyond to fix the wifi issue I had during my stay. They were professional and helpful, even when my wife was sick and traveling alone. The suite was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good selection and everything was fresh. The location was convenient, close to the city center. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfectly situated in a quiet residential area, yet still only a short walk from the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette in some of them, which was a nice bonus. The staff was helpful and spoke English. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including both hot and cold items.

That there was no in-room safe available, but valuables could be left at the reception desk in a sealed bag for safekeeping.

What a great weekend! the hotel had a friendly, English-speaking staff that did everything to make us feel at home. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a while and a great range of TV channels. the breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options and a wide range of fresh fruits. the hotel also had an excellent location, close to everything we wanted to visit, including restaurants, cafes, and bars

That the Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger. the water for tea was not always hot enough.
