We had a pleasant stay at this friendly hotel. The staff were accommodating and the room was clean and cosy. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the building itself was beautifully renovated and furnished. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider coming back in the future, especially for families with children.

There was no housekeeping the next day. We were not informed that we needed to request it in the morning, therefore our room was not tidied up and there was no refill of toiletries or drinking water.

The hotel's location was amazing, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. the rooms were clean and cozy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. the restaurant had a great ambiance and we enjoyed the delicious food. Another advantage was the lovely fireplace, which added to the cozy and comforting atmosphere during the cold winter nights.

Our room was quite small and cramped with no space to move around comfortably. the walls and doors were not soundproof, leading to a lot of noise from the hallway disturbing our sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and cleanliness throughout my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a lack of air conditioning and the need to insert the card to activate the lights, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Ebersbach and would definitely stay there again.
