We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was superb, right on the river and facing the iconic Pupp hotel on the other side. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and picturesque getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable sitting area and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a beautiful view over the river. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a good variety of options to satisfy all tastes. We could also take advantage of the free parking available behind the hotel, which was a great convenience.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was impressed with the hotel's great location and amazing breakfast. It was located near the spa area and I enjoyed walking by the colonnades and springs on my way to the town center. The view of the river from my room was something that I really appreciated. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a wooden ceiling.

One of the main issues was the unstable Wi-Fi connection. I had to connect near the reception first before it worked effectively in the room.

During our stay at Embassy, we were delighted to discover the healing thermal baths that Karlovy Vary is famous for. We were able to sample the therapeutic thermal water from various sources for free, which was a unique and rejuvenating experience. The hotel itself, located in the heart of the thermal area, was lovely and had convenient parking along the river. The staff, who were friendly and welcoming, made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring that we started our day off right. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant place to rest after a day of exploration.

Although our overall experience at Embassy was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the room we had originally booked was not available, and we were initially offered a cheaper alternative.

Located in a historic building on the river, this refurbished hotel offers spacious rooms with nice views. Breakfasts are enjoyable and parking is available. Friendly staff ensured a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across the river from the main shopping street, making it easy to explore the city's shops and boutiques. Additionally, the hotel is situated right in front of the hotel by the street, allowing for easy access to transportation. The main square and other attractions are just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. Despite its central location, the hotel's street is not noisy, ensuring a peaceful stay.

One negative aspect is that the hotel is a smoking hotel, which may not be suitable for non-smokers or those sensitive to smoke.
