Stayed at this hotel and it was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was reasonable for a 3-star hotel. The hotel also had a gated car park available for a fee. The location was convenient, with a metro station within a 7-10 minute walk and a local tram station just meters away, providing easy transportation to the heart of Prague center. The hotel was impressively clean and well-heated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered to make us sandwiches and prepare fruit for our early morning departure. a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The metro station is also within walking distance, providing even more transportation options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice facilities such as a garden and private parking. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing advice and selling tram tickets. The breakfast, although simple, offers good quality products to start the day.

The noise from the tram line can be a bit bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

The spacious and clean apartment rooms at Hotel Excellent were a delight to stay in. The breakfast provided was reasonable and met my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The gated car park was a convenient option, even though it required a fee. The hotel's location was excellent as it was within a 7-10 minute walk to a metro station where I could easily purchase day pass tickets. Additionally, the local tram station was just a few meters away, making it convenient to reach the heart of Prague center. Despite some noise from the trams when the windows overlooked the main street, the opposite side windows overlooked the car park and were not noisy at all.

One drawback was the inflated end-of-year rates, which were three times the normal rate. Although this is understandable for the period, it was not ideal.

I had a great stay at this hotel outside the city center. The value for money was excellent and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were comfortable and had black out blinds, which made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and included a delicious cup of coffee.

Great experience! Had a fabulous weekend away. Located close to the metro station, which was very convenient for traveling around the city. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, providing us with helpful local tips. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which provided a diverse range of tasty options. The hotel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Although the room was well equipped, it would have been nice to have a bath. , the garden area wasn't amazing, lacking in variety.
