The hotel is conveniently located right next to Ostravice railway station, making it easy to travel around the area. It is also close to the mountains, providing a great base for exploring the beautiful Beskydy area. The rooms are well-decorated and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The staff are efficient and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is really good, with a decent selection. the hotel offers a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

One minor drawback is the quality of the toilet paper, which could be improved.

Amazing room, beautiful view. 5-star food quality. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Clean rooms. Stylish and clean, with helpful receptionist. Nice old style bell. I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful gem nestled near the mountains. The quality of the fittings, beds, and furnishings were top-notch. The artwork around the hotel was also impressive. The staff was polite and professional, making me feel welcome. I really appreciated the convenience of free parking. The restaurant served delicious food that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay during our city trip. the personnel were very friendly, making us feel welcomed right from the start. the restaurant offered great breakfast as well as delicious meals throughout the day. the facilities were well-maintained and modern. We were impressed by the clean and comfortable rooms with great views of the surrounding area. the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

The lack of air conditioning during the hot summer nights was a downside for us. Our room was uncomfortably hot, and the fan provided wasn't enough to cool us down.
