The free private parking and the proximity to the main square were very convenient. The breakfast was quite good, with decent options to choose from. The cheap beer was tasty and fresh and definitely added to the experience.

The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough to reach our room, making it difficult to stay connected. The towels provided were limited, and we had to ask for additional ones. We also felt that the hotel seemed a bit dated, and could use some modernization.

This hotel in downtown Trutnov offers great value for money. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms are of meaningful quality and provide a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying.

All was perfectly fine during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the two-story apartment at Hotel Krakonos. The salon was beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and a large wooden table. The kids had a great time in the big sleeping room downstairs. The hotel staff, especially Pavel, went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with car repairs. The free parking and convenient location near the train station and bus depot were a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and friendly service.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel with our big group of friends. The location couldn't be better as it was very close to the main square of Trutnov and in the centre of all the action. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the fact that there was a restaurant nearby where we could enjoy a nice meal.

That the WiFi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel, but it didn't bother us too much as we were busy exploring the city.
