Stayed in a centrally located hotel just steps from Old Town Square. Clean and quiet room, friendly staff, very good breakfast, and reliable wifi connection. Definitely recommend if you want a central location and don't mind paying for it.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area, just a stone's throw away from Prague's Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. You can easily explore the city's main attractions without any hassle. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. The hotel also had convenient facilities like an elevator and a restaurant, making my stay even more enjoyable.

It can get a bit noisy at night due to the lively crowds in the surrounding streets.

Centrally located with easy access to attractions and amenities. The room had a comfortable double bed and great views of the central courtyard. Bathroom was good, with a decent shower. Though there was no air conditioning, a fan was provided, which was helpful. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and they offer excellent services for disabled travelers. The hotel manager and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I'll recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and accessibility.

The staff at the front desk, especially Ivana and Marek, were professional and helpful. Conveniently located in the city center, with easy access to public transportation. Good meals served at the hotel. Walking distance to the main train station.

This place has a perfect location! I could make the most of my 3 days here in the old town. It was perfect, since I was close to the main square and could walk around to find beautiful places and restaurants. The fact that it's not so far from Prague castle was a huge plus. Also, being close to the Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks, and the main square made it so convenient for me to explore and enjoy my time here. The staff was extremely helpful and happy, they even helped me with my airline boarding pass and let me use their house computer for this purpose.

Spent Christmas break at a great hotel with kind staff. the hotel is in a prime location, just a few steps away from the main square and surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. the room was spacious and very clean, with lovely decorations in keeping with the festive atmosphere. the bed was comfortable, and the mini bar was well stocked with snacks and drinks. the hotel also had a cozy bar, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city.

That the room was a bit chilly and the radiators didn't seem to be working properly. However, the staff provided us with extra blankets, and the overall experience of staying at this lovely hotel more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
