We absolutely loved our stay in this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action with the tram going by every few minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, and the housekeeping was impeccable. We also appreciated the useful shuttle service to and from the airport.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Residence Spalena. It was just a short walk to the city center and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The metro and tram stations were also just a few steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a mini-kitchen and even a washing machine. It was a great bonus to have all these amenities, especially when traveling with children. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome. I had a wonderful stay at Residence Spalena and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with the Mustek subway station just a short walk away. The convenience of the tram lines being so close means that you can easily explore the city. The hotel is also in close proximity to popular tourist attractions, making it easy to get around and see everything.

One minor issue was the shower head not staying in position, requiring it to be held by hand. However, this was not a major problem and could easily be fixed.

A very central location with easy access to trams and the metro station. Great shopping area nearby for basic necessities. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on Spalena Street was perfect, just a short walk away from the touristic centers and the central market buildings where we could experience the local culture. The room was excellent - it was spacious, very clean, and nicely renovated. We were impressed with the variety of amenities provided including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a washing machine, which made our extended stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We appreciated the warm welcome with a drink to celebrate our special occasion as well. the service at this place was outstanding!

I had a great experience staying at Residence Spalena. The apartment was larger than expected and impeccably clean. The daily maid service was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable with two pillows each, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is central, within walking distance of all major attractions, and there is a tram and metro stop conveniently located outside. Plus, there is a fantastic shopping center opposite the property. it was an excellent stay and I would definitely book again.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is right in the centre, close to the subway and tram station, and next to the excellent Tesco. We had a great view of the city from our room and enjoyed being able to walk to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large bathroom and even a washing machine. The staff were friendly and provided helpful service throughout our stay.

The shower in our room had some issues with fluctuating temperatures, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

Centrally located with spacious rooms and adequate kitchens. Clean towels changed daily. Good price balance. Conveniently near shopping malls and supermarkets. Busy location with easy access to tram and metro, but no noise disturbance. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hot chocolate at breakfast was amazing, and the hot wine at the bar in the evenings was a lovely touch. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the main attractions. , the room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.

Our xmas break was ruined by the noisy bar downstairs. The music was so loud that we could hear it even with the windows closed, and it went on until late at night.

Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff, well-equipped facilities.
