Romance hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore Karlovy Vary. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities such as a TV, coffee set, fridge. The daily cleaning service and towel changing were an added bonus. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I especially enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax, smoke, and enjoy a drink.

The location is absolutely AMAZING, overlooking the main pedestrian promenade and providing jaw-dropping panoramic views. The deluxe room with balcony was a splurge, but totally worth it for the opportunity to sit outside and take in the streetscape. Everything in town was within easy walking distance, including the fantastic hike up to Diana lookout point. Karlovy Vary itself is a beautiful spa town and definitely worth a visit. Plus, the hotel accepted pets, making it perfect for those traveling with furry friends.

Nous avons également apprécié la vue magnifique et le calme de l'environnement. De plus, nous avons trouvé un supermarché à proximité, très pratique pour nos besoins.

La climatisation n'était pas adaptée à la taille du logement, ce qui a rendu les chambres très chaudes. De plus, l'une des chambres n'avait pas de volets, ce qui a causé un problème d'intimité.
