The hotel is perfectly located, just off the main square, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast served in the café is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The internet connection was quite poor during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The architecture and interior of this historical building were absolutely stunning. I especially loved the strong lighting in the room and bathroom, providing a really comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, being just off the main square and a short walk from all the areas I wanted to visit. It made exploring the city so convenient and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot food options cooked to order. It was a great way to start the day!

Quick and helpful airport transfers at a reasonable price. Breakfast on Old Town walls and good selection. Characterful with exposed stone and brick. Warm and personal greeting. Good value for money.

The design of the hotel was impressive with its medieval feel, it was a key feature of our city trip. The location was fantastic as it was just a stone's throw away from the city's best sights, restaurants and cafes. the staff were very welcoming and you could tell that they had a good knowledge of the city, which was a bonus.

The hard beds were an issue for us, but the pillows were nice. It was also a shame that there were no tea or coffee making facilities available in the room, but that was easily resolved by us asking for a kettle at reception.
