Helpful staff, early bag drop, UK double bed, soft sheets, room for 2. Recommended nearby Bageterie for coffee break and Mexican Pepe Lopez for dinner. Great location in the center, big room, good comfort.

Great location in the main square. Excellent Czech food restaurant. Robert the chef's amazing dishes. Comfy bed and good Wi-Fi. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fair price for the stay. Modern bar at the property. Efficient and clean hotel

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The location right in the middle of the city on the square was perfect. Everything was so convenient and easily accessible. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. They even had an airport shuttle available for those who needed it. The room itself was fantastic, with great facilities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. I also appreciated the dining options, with a bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a drink. The staff always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The free Wi-Fi and free parking were also a nice bonus. my experience at this hotel was truly luxurious and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good bathroom facilities. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, which was great for streaming movies. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the city and have easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was always kind and willing to help.

The hotel restaurant was closed due to refurbishment and there was no information provided about this on the main advert. The bar was uninviting and the staff was not always present.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel. It was convenient to have shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the front desk service was friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a bonus.

Although the breakfast at the hotel was not the best, with a lack of options like dark bread, different types of eggs, and a broken coffee machine, I understand that the hotel has a new owner and they might be working on improving it in the future.
