Loved the jacuzzi in the bathtub! the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Alexander who went above and beyond to make our stay special. the location was great, with easy access to the city via tram. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great amenities, and friendly staff.
