The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a VIP guest. The hotel didn't ask for my credit card upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. Great location close to the main street and beautiful forest hiking trails. The pool, sauna, and steam room were excellent, and the spa facilities were top-notch. The hotel had a perfect mix of classic and modern decor.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and exceeded all of my expectations. The breakfast was delicious and included some authentic Czech cuisine. The highlight was definitely the superb swimming pool and spa procedures. The location was perfect, just steps away from the central colonades and the heart of the old city.

It was a great way to relax during the Christmas holidays. the location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was a short walk from the main promenade and hiking trails. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff were lovely and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

One negative aspect was that there were loud and disruptive children running around in the pool and sauna areas until closing time. This made it difficult to fully unwind and enjoy the spa experience.

We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and the beautiful parks in the area. This made our exploration of the city so convenient. Another advantage was the lovely spa facilities offered by the hotel. We indulged in some much-needed relaxation and pampering during our stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always greets you with a genuine smile. Natalia at the bar is particularly polite and serves excellent cocktails. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of delicious food. The spa is a must-visit, with a wide range of treatments available to choose from.

Our room was gorgeous, meticulously clean and spacious. Toiletries were provided and you even have the option to switch them out with a different scent, if you don’t care for the ones provided. The bed was firm, but comfortable. You can have additional pillows delivered, on request. The breakfast was amazing! So many options. And the food was really good. Better than any hotel breakfast I have ever had. The spa was lovely. My husband and I each had a massage and it was such a lovely way to start the day. I can’t praise the staff enough. They were friendly and helpful. Clearly, a staff that will do anything to make your stay perfect. My expectations were exceeded. We had such a lovely stay.
