The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city centre, close to shops, restaurants, and the main railway station. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and lots of natural light. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception are helpful and willing to assist with any queries or concerns.

There were some issues with the service, such as long queues at check-in and a lack of attention to cleanliness. The breakfast options were not up to standard and left much to be desired.

We loved the well-equipped rooms, the quiet surroundings, and the convenient location for sightseeing. The full kitchen was a great feature, and having a laundry room was a plus. The staff was helpful and responsive. The private jacuzzi in the spa was a fantastic bonus.

The staff were friendly and even helped us with a first aid kit. The hotel is conveniently located within a 20-minute walk to the city center, and there are plenty of shops along the way. The breakfast was satisfactory, the WiFi was fast, and we appreciated the washing machine and dryer on our floor. Parking was ample for our station wagon and ski box. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Prague.
