I had stayed in a hotel near a big C&A store located in the center of Prague. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to old town square and other tourist sites. The room was nice and comfortable, with a big flat screen connected with internet. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast selection was excellent with fresh and high-quality dishes. The service in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel facilities were great, with brand new amenities. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, with good beds and included ironing equipment.

Not obvious to find.

Here, I have experienced a luxurious stay. the room offered exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. the location offered easy access to the major attractions and transport links. the private facilities, including the spa and pool, were impeccable and provided a great experience.

The check-in process was slightly confusing, with the reception located separately from the main building. once I found it, the check-in was smooth.

Great breakfast, convenient location, helpful staff, spacious rooms, and nice view from the balcony. Walkable to attractions and shopping. Easy to find reception in shopping complex. Good value for money.

Friendly and attentive service despite the language barrier. They made sure to accommodate our room preference and were quick to respond to our requests. Clean and cozy rooms with a comfortable bed and heated toilet seats. The central location allowed us to easily explore all the main sights of the city. The delicious and diverse breakfast was a great start to each day. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick sightseeing trip.

We spent our New Year's Eve in this hotel and it was a great experience. the hotel offered us with free beer, cola, and orange juice, and we were also given a free Nespresso machine. the location of the hotel was excellent as it was right in the heart of the city and everything was within walking distance. the staff was very helpful and courteous which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only negative aspect was that we had some trouble locating the access to the reception due to a lack of visible external signboards outside the hotel. due to ongoing construction activity outside the hotel, we had some difficulty with the crowded shopping streets while carrying our bags.

We had a great stay at a well-located hotel. The modern room had convenient features like an electronic toilet seat and window screen. The staff were extremely helpful, whether it was arranging a taxi or providing directions. We particularly appreciated the little touches, like the leaving gift. The breakfast was simple but the best oats we've had. Direct access to the hotel floor was secure and convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great showers and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
