We had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions and public transport. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and fast internet. the breakfast had a great variety of high-quality food. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the excellent water pressure in the modern bathrooms. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We were given rooms on the ground floor, right outside the reception area, which meant we could hear noise from the staff and other guests throughout the day. the cleaners also didn't clean our room, even though we had put the "clean the room please" sign on the door.

Breakfast was included and there were many delicious options to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. the friendly staff provided us with a map and helpful tips for exploring the city on foot. Lastly, the hot shower after a long day of sightseeing was amazing!

The check-in process was a bit disappointing, as our room was not ready until a few hours after the stated check-in time. While waiting, we had to store our luggage in a small makeshift room, which didn't feel very secure.
