Loved watching kids play tennis from the restaurant, so entertaining! The spa was heavenly, especially the restricted hours for children, because who wants them ruining the relaxation? Close to the old town, great for cultural treasure hunting. Perfect for a romantic lunch, if you're into that sort of thing.

Such a shame there's no tea making facility in the room, how dare they not cater to my British obsession!

Great staff, always went above and beyond. Exceptional breakfast with everything you could wish for. Free parking. Clean and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Perfect location in a beautiful park setting, close to the city.

The hotel's location in a green and tranquil area is perfect for those who enjoy running and outdoor activities. The congress center is well-designed and offers branding and privatisation options. The architecture is impressive and adds to the overall experience. The staff is highly professional, orderly, and attentive.

During our stay at NH Collection, we were impressed by the beautiful design of the hotel and rooms. The location was also ideal, being close to the city center. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our rate included access to wellness facilities in the neighboring building, which was connected by an underground corridor. The breakfast provided was delicious and we received great assistance from the guest relations lady. The hotel is pet-friendly as well.

One slight disappointment was the unfriendly check-out experience at the front office. Additionally, the hotel could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms.

Had a great time during my trip. the room was spacious and quiet with a wonderful view. the breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering special diet options and freshly made eggs. the staff was always helpful and respectful, giving a warm welcome and giving us tips on key locations to visit around the area.

The double bed's frame was two parts, so it separated time from time. the room cleaning service was not very frequent throughout our 5-day stay, and some of the items were not replenished daily.

The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean, providing a truly comfortable experience. The breakfast options are vast and delicious, with staff readily available to accommodate any specific requests. The location of this place is also fantastic, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the city center and near a fabulous steakhouse. I cannot find any faults with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.
