I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including an omelet station. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a quiet view of the backyard, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing me to walk to the main attractions within about 30 minutes. Additionally, there was a bar with great views accessible from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The free wifi in the rooms could use improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location is great, situated in a hilly area of the Smichov neighborhood, away from the main downtown touristy areas but still quite near the city center. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and 24-hour room service. The rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a lovely garden and terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

In terms of improvements, I did find that the receptionist could be a bit rude. However, this was overshadowed by the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff.

The Christmas decorations were really nice and added to the festive spirit. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city lights. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at the NH Prague City. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, resolving any questions or issues with a smile. The spacious room with park views was perfect, and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower worked perfectly, and the free wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of fresh fruit, perfectly boiled eggs, and delicious croissants. We even requested real espresso and it was promptly prepared and brought to us. The hotel also had a restaurant where we enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. The location was convenient, within a 10-minute walk of the Moldau, and the hotel offered a free garage for our car.

We felt very much at home at the NH Prague City, with no reason to complain.
