The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by nature and within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection and pleasant service. The lobby bar offered a great variety of drinks and the staff was responsive and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with convenient wardrobes and nice bathrooms. The sauna world and swimming pool were enjoyable, with friendly staff and a nice corner for kids. The Saturday night concert and general vibe were also highlights of our stay.

Spent Xmas in this hotel, really enjoyed the Xmas ambiance. The snow-covered scenery was fantastic, felt like I was in a winter wonderland. The breakfast was great, with a wide range of options to choose from. Also, the location was perfect, with easy access to fun activities like skiing and snowboarding. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The facilities and décor really need a 21st-century upgrade. The hotel feels outdated, and some of the equipment in the fitness center was not working. The spa was not very clean, and the towels looked old and in dire need of replacement. The internet connection was poor, and it was frustratingly slow to navigate on my computer. Lastly, even though the staff was friendly, their communication was poorly executed, and it was difficult to get clear information about the hotel's amenities.
