We absolutely loved our stay at the Hermitage Hotel! From the moment we booked, the staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging our airport transfers. The hotel's location near the river was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The surprise birthday cake and fizz in our room was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with amazing croissants. We highly recommend this fantastic value hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the shower was excellent. The bed was comfy and large. We also appreciated the well-stocked mini-bar and the tea/coffee facilities. The hotel staff, especially David behind the bar, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection had a good variety of options. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the hotel. the location was perfect for us, with easy parking on the street outside and a tram stop just 200m away. It only took four stops on the tram to reach Karl Bridge, making it a really convenient base for exploring Prague. the room was spacious and had everything we needed and the breakfast was delicious, just as the reviews had said. the building itself had a charming character, with beautiful 3m high windows that offered stunning views from our room.

We loved this place! It was situated in a quiet area, but we could easily get to the city center using public transport. The staff was eager to help with any request we had, and the complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch. The room exceeded our expectations with a delightful terrace patio, perfect for enjoying the night sky in the city. Nothing could have been better.

The breakfast buffet was awesome with plenty of choices. the rooms were clean and cozy. Plus, we loved that the hotel was in a great location – easily accessible via metro and trams. the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had asked for a room with a balcony but unfortunately, the balcony had a wall that blocked the city view. the carpets seemed to hold a lot of dust which might be an issue for those with allergies.
