Stayed at a charming hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Pavel, the waiter, provided exceptional service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The included breakfast was a delightful experience. The rooms were small but impeccably clean. The hotel itself had a beautiful, authentic charm, with a lovely patio and stunning views. Parking was convenient and accessible. A wonderful stay at Parkhotel!

The breakfast had quite a variety of options, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. The hotel was positioned near the bus stop which allowed us to get to the city center in less than half an hour. The pool and sauna were a great bonus that provided relaxation on our city break.

The hotel had poor sound isolation, with noise coming from the neighboring rooms. The hotel environment was not quiet, with loud events ongoing during our stay that made it challenging to sleep at night. The hotel staff were not very helpful in dealing with the noise issues, and their customer service skills were disappointing.
