We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, bus station, and a nearby mall. The rooms were elegantly designed with stylish decor and plenty of mirrors and glass. The ambient lighting added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a large bathtub, a spacious safe for our valuable belongings, and a range of room amenities such as a kettle, Nespresso machine. The staff were polite, helpful, and even left us a welcome note. The breakfast options were outstanding, catering to all dietary needs, and we were pleasantly surprised to find soy milk available. The price-to-comfort ratio at this hotel was incredible, making it one of our best hotel experiences to date.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with easy access to local transportation and popular attractions. It is within walking distance to the attractive Old Town Hall, and the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff were very cooperative and accommodating, even arranging for a special "waxing room" for skis. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern design and amenities such as remote control for curtains and LED lights.

One minor inconvenience was the need to manually fill out personal data and card information at the reception, which took some extra time during check-in.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was just a short walk to the old town, making it convenient for exploring the city. The travel links to Prague were also very good, allowing us to easily visit the capital. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast and the nice atmosphere in the lobby bar.
