I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was in the middle of all the tourist attractions and within walking distance to Prague Castle. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-equipped room. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was absolutely delicious. The staff, especially Veronica at the reception, were extremely friendly and accommodating. this hotel provided a perfect combination of convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is very close to major attractions, just a few minutes to the Charles bridge, handy to Prague castle and the Petrin tower. The hotel is also an easy walk into the old city and there are many small restaurants and lots of great shops nearby. We loved starting our day by walking through the park to the Charles bridge area, what a nice way to begin a day of tourist mayhem. The staff here were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, not always a given in this city. the service was top-notch and the staff were attentive and professional.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to all main attractions of the city. Despite being in a no parking area, we easily found public parking nearby. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, tour assistance, and more. The room was well-stocked with amenities such as a mini-bar, safe, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were warm and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including special diet menus.

Had a nice Easter break but the hotel was just okay. the best aspects were the complementary welcome drink and the Easter basket with chocolate! the location was decent, close to a big park and a metro station which made it easy to get around. Another advantage was the 24-hour reception, so we didn’t have to worry about getting locked out at night.

The room was small and a bit too hot, even with the window open. the bathroom was outdated and the showerhead was not attached to the wall properly, making it hard to take a proper shower.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the hotel had a unique medieval theme that added charm to my stay. I also appreciated the free drink during check-in and the little brownie treat at check-out. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist spots. one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Europe in this price range.
