The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to have more variety of pastries and baked goods.

The location was superb, just a short distance from the river and the beautiful old town. The building itself had a stunning exterior and the interior was beautifully designed with spacious rooms and high ceilings. We were even lucky enough to have a balcony with a breathtaking view of the old town roofs and churches. The parking in front of the building was convenient and we felt safe with a police office nearby. The staff, especially Ms A, were very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including moving us to a room with a balcony as requested. The apartment itself was well-equipped and comfortable, with reliable wifi and air-conditioning. We also appreciated the complimentary champagne bottle we received as an apology for a small miscommunication. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Residence Karolina for anyone visiting Prague.

Great location near important places and attractions, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely gift for the New Year celebration. the apartments were functional and spacious, with complementary coffee and tea, as well as dishwasher tabs and washing powder. the staff arranged airport pick-up and even surprised us with a birthday cake. the hospitality, cleanliness, and services provided were excellent.

The apartment could use some refreshing as it appeared a bit tired. Additionally, there was no TV in the bedroom and limited English options on the TV.

This place had everything we needed and more! The fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, made our stay so convenient. The spacious apartment and comfortable beds were perfect for our family. The location was excellent, with all the local attractions within walking distance and a tram station right nearby. Great value for money and we will definitely stay here again. The TV and picture quality were also fantastic, and there was even a walk-in wardrobe!

One advantage was that the property management company's office was right next door. the apartment had a well, stocked kitchen and a welcome air conditioning system after a long day of sightseeing.

Our stay at Residence Karolina was excellent! We got great value for our money with a spacious and well-equipped apartment. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the key areas of interest in the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taken care of.

We especially loved the small deck, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. a recommendable property with a first-class location.
