The automatic coffee machine in the breakfast area produces an undrinkable beverage, disappointing coffee enthusiasts.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-designed hotel on the outskirts of the city. Despite being a short bus ride away from the center, the location provided a peaceful retreat. The ship-themed cabins were unique, and our crew cabin on the first floor was cozy and comfortable. The beds were inviting, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was satisfactory. Although there was a slight drain smell upon entering, it didn't diminish our overall experience. One highlight of our stay was the superb meal we enjoyed at the hotel's restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the local beer was outstanding, as expected in the Czech Republic. The breakfast, while not overly impressive, was still good enough for us to start our day. Throughout our many years of being returning customers, we've always experienced consistent quality and exceptional service at this hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facilities are excellent, and the overall hospitality is commendable. The breakfast was rich and varied with fresh fruit, cheese, muesli, warm dishes and bread. the staff were very friendly and willing to help. the rooms were spacious and had working desks, perfect for business trips. the location was convenient if you had a car, with a private parking space available.

The hotel was quite far from the city centre and not easily accessible by public transport. some of the dishes served in the restaurant were inconsistent in quality and not always up to par with what you'd expect at this level of hotel.

We stayed at a hidden gem located near a shopping mall, making it convenient for any last-minute purchases. The hotel was situated next to a highway exit and a shopping center, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The gourmet restaurant owned by a Czech celebrity chef was an absolute delight, offering delicious meals at a reasonable price. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel had a slight issue with a damp smell in the room.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location, outside the city center in a retail park area, was perfect for us. There was a supermarket right in front of the hotel, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime.
