The location of the residence is excellent, being right in the centre of the Old Town and close to the main attractions of the city. Guests can easily walk to everything and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also appreciate the presence of amenities such as an iron, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Communication with the staff could have been better, as some guests experienced difficulties in reaching them.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the fantastic location of the apartment, with easy access to elevators and no need for stairs after a long day. The helpful host, Katrina, allowed us to leave our luggage at reception after the checkout time, which was a great convenience. The apartment also had a lovely view over the old town, and all the necessary amenities, such as WiFi, heating, and hot water. Check-in was a breeze, and the overall atmosphere felt quiet and peaceful.

We loved staying in this place, right in the center of Old Town. The location was perfect, with the pedestrian street right outside the door! The room itself had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a terrace to enjoy the views. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful in arranging airport shuttles and tours.

the hot water was not available for one day. As with many apartments, the reception was not staffed at all times, so there was no one to assist with these issues.

The location of Residence St Havel Prague Old Town was absolutely perfect! We were just steps away from all the attractions and sights in Prague. The internet connection was reliable and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the central location of the apartment in the heart of the old town with plenty of vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The bathroom had a shower and a lovely big bath, and the bed was really comfortable. We felt safe and enjoyed returning to the warm and cozy apartment each night. The staff, particularly Katerina, were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Residence St Havel. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the old town square. The apartment was beautiful, huge, and very well equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table. We loved that there was a lift to the apartment floor and the deep bath where you could fit two people in was a luxurious touch. The apartment was also very quiet and we enjoyed the peacefulness. Katerina, the host, made our stay extra enjoyable by providing us with useful information and ensuring we had a great time. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The kitchen was well functional and had everything we needed. The hot water supply was abundant, making it easy to take a nice hot shower.

There were a few small issues that affected our stay. The shower head did not stay in place and we had to tie it up.
