The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and well-stocked apartments. The staff, particularly Alina, were friendly, professional, and always available to help.

The furnishings in the apartment were cheaply made, and there was a crack in one of the bathroom drawers. Additionally, there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and the towels provided were not soft or absorbent.

I recently stayed at Superior Suites & Apartments in Prague for a week-long vacation. The apartment was clean, well-stocked with appliances and toiletries. The building was secure and conveniently located near the train station. It was the perfect spot, with attractions within walking distance. The owner, Alina, was amazing. She greeted us within minutes of our arrival and was always available if we needed anything. She was a professional and helpful lady who thought of everything. I have no complaints at all, it was a lovely stay.
