The hotel had a stunning garden with peacocks, spacious rooms, and excellent maintenance. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was extraordinary. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the concierge service was top-notch. Perfect location for exploring the city. a wonderful experience for families with kids.

The hotel's location was perfect as we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. the view from our room was amazing and we enjoyed it very much.

We disliked the fact that the room was not as pristine as we had hoped. the sheets and towels were worn and the bathroom was not very clean.

First of all, let me start by saying that my stay at The Grand Mark Prague was absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, making it so easy for me to explore all the attractions in Prague. The hotel itself was outstanding, with excellent rooms and top-notch restaurants and spa facilities.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to all major tourist attractions, including Old Town Square. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathrooms are large and clean, with both a bathtub and a shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the hotel also offers a lovely garden courtyard where you can relax.

The spa facilities are disappointing, with non-functional steam and cold rooms for massages.

Immaculate hotel in central location with attentive staff, stunning executive suite, great food, welcoming surprises including room upgrade and wine, outstanding service from doorman.

Arriving at this hotel felt like stepping into a luxurious oasis. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and accommodating. the Spa & wellness centre was divine and offered exclusive amenities that made us feel pampered and relaxed. We enjoyed the leisure/ TV room and outdoor dining area. the room advantages were impressive, with special attention to detail. the in-room breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options, perfect for our dietary needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow Wi-Fi. It was an inconvenience, but we weren't too concerned as we were there to unwind and disconnect from the world.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Prague called the Grand Mark One, which is part of the Leading Hotels Of the World collection. the location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from all the main tourist attractions. the staff at reception were very professional and even upgraded us to a Deluxe room, which felt more like a suite or apartment. the room had three separate areas, including a sitting room with a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom, and a bathroom with plenty of storage space. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities smelled amazing. They even surprised us with a birthday cake in the room, which was a lovely touch. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
