The bed in the loft was a bit uncomfortable and the stairs leading up to it were steep, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to contact the reception, which was inconvenient at times.

The staff, especially Ahmad, went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. The location was superb, with an amazing view of the square in Mala Strana. The bed was the best I've ever slept in and the room was surprisingly quiet for being in such a central area. The breakfast was delicious, although I would have liked to see a bit more variety. I felt like I was at home during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of Prague. You can easily explore the city's attractions without needing any public transportation. Plus, the hotel is right on Tram line 22, making it convenient to get around. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Additionally, the view from the hotel was incredible, especially being so close to Charles Bridge.

It is central enough to easily access all the attractions of the city, but also slightly set back from the busy areas, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They also provided us with excellent recommendations for dining options nearby.

Charming loft: The hotel is located in a hidden spot, adding to its charm. The loft-style room with old wooden beams was perfect for our romantic escape. We loved the historical atmosphere and the spaciousness of the room. Having breakfast in the room was a fun experience, and the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. The friendly staff added to the lovely atmosphere of the place.

Steep stairs: The staircase leading to the bedroom loft was quite steep, which may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Even our young people had some difficulty with it.

We had a fantastic 11-night stay on our honeymoon at this hotel. The apartment had a beautiful view of the square, and it was clean and tastefully decorated. The central location made it easy to explore the busy but not too noisy area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a variety of breakfast options. The staff, particularly the receptionist Ankit, were very nice and helpful. We loved being so close to the castle and right in front of the tram station on the square.

They had a diverse buffet just outside our room, allowing us to take our time with relaxing and enjoing the delicious food. , the location was perfect for exploring the city! The tram stop was incredibly close to the hotel and the most important attractions were closeby. we enjoyed the peace and quietness despite the hotel being located on a busy street.

The air conditioning was not working during our stay, and that made our room very hot. The room's position on a noisy street made it difficult to rest properly, especially during the night time.
