We had an amazing experience at Palac U Kocku. Jiri, the receptionist, went above and beyond to help us during our stay. He provided detailed maps and directed us to the main attractions. the hotel also arranged for our damaged suitcase to be replaced within a day. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fantastic, and the underground restaurant had a unique and medieval atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a minute's walk to the old town square and a few minutes from Charles Bridge. We highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is fantastic, only a short walk to all the attractions of the old town. The location is just amazing! Everything is right at your doorstep. Additionally, the rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are also very helpful and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met.

The shower is a bit small, but everything else was ok.

I recently stayed at the charming Hotel "Palac U Kocku" in Prague for a few nights. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bathroom was also very clean. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room was cozy and warm. The receptionists were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel's location was exceptional, just a two-minute walk from the famous astronomical clock. Plus, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. If I ever find myself back in Prague, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is situated on a busy pedestrian street, making it perfect for exploring the city's main sites. You can easily reach the Charles Bridge by foot, and the location is buzzing with nightlife. The rooms are clean and spacious, with big bathrooms and comfortable beds. The daily breakfast is delicious, and the service from staff is excellent. Plus, the rooms are equipped with elevators.

There is no mini bar or refrigerator in the rooms.

Had a great Xmas stay with some nice complementary choccies and festive decorations! the hotel is super central and walking distance to everything, which made it easy to explore the city. the breakfast spread was impressive and really tasty. We loved the comfortable beds and the strong shower.

The room was a bit cold even with the heater on, but this was manageable. the price of food and drink at the hotel bar was a bit steep, so we opted to eat out instead.
