The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location near everything, with a nice little beach by the sea, was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the cozy and warm room appointed with modern facilities providing a pleasant and comfortable experience. the location was superb, allowing us easy access to the main attractions in the heart of the city.

One factor we disliked was the limited soundproofing between rooms, which made it difficult to sleep when neighboring guests were louder than expected. the lack of guidance provided by some of the staff members who did not speak fluent English created communication barriers and issues.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Garni Villa Areka. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming town center. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the castle and city spread out before me. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus for our road trip. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of sound-isolating windows and the challenge of climbing some stairs to reach the property, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cesky Krumlov.

The hotel is in a great location near the historical center, with newly renovated rooms and high-quality amenities. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Having their own parking space in the inner city was very convenient.
